Time with my khrish

I have had a great time looking after Khrish. We have fought, fallen, cried, played and laughed together many times. We baked cakes. We made a den. We made a make-believe beach and went swimming.
We played Bob and Wendy. We were mechanics and fixing cars. Khrish you are the best!

During my days in England I have met up Aman and Veer. OMG so much alike to Ananya and Jai. Parm I will take Aman away with me and You can keep jai!

Ethan, Rhiya, Jase and Saffron you guys have grown up so much... You look so good.

Paji and Amar you guys are great.. I miss you so much although while I am writing this I am sitting in King George Hospital.
I have to say that this as I have spent a good time here, I have fantastic friends and the best parents, the best brothers and sisters ever.... And to top it up super duper nephews and nieces who are always up for anything! Love you all xxx

Egypt time :)

On returning, I secretly packed our clothes for Egypt. I wanted to surprise the kids with a good holiday. Amar, Swinder and khrish booked their summer vacation to Egypt and so did I, but I did not tell Ananya and Jai.
Both Ananya and Jai were upset as they really wanted to go to Egypt too.
There faces when I told them they were going was amazing. They were told at the airport. It took a few seconds for it to sink in.. Ananya was so thrilled and excited. The look on thief faces could never be bought. They were immensely happy.

Trip to Egypt
What a a holiday. The weather and the country were amazing. The hotel sucked! I booked a 5* and it was a 3*+... Hmmm was does that mean? Well it was not worth paying for! What's the point in moaning on my blog? True! Let's just say that if you want a holiday to have a great time, then don't go Aqua park park inn @ Raddisson. Total waste of money.
I have a fantastic tan. Tremendously enjoyed the beer drinking at 10.00 am! Vodkas and cocktails by lunchtime! Kids had a great time too. We loved flying over the pyramids in Cairo. The kids enjoyed camel riding and star gazing. Ananya so wants the laser pen!
We enjoyed the glass boat ride too.
We all thoroughly had a great time. The best aspect for me was building the my relationship with Khrish. He is awesome. Such a lovely character with a great personality.

We travelled to Leicester again, and Jo kindly let us have her house for the weekend.
I spent the day with Angel. I miss you guys!

It was nice to see Louise and Tina too.
Ananya and jai made a visit to their former schools. They had a great time visiting their friends. They had so much to say and so much to do. It was the highlight of their trip. Thank you Overdale.

Midsummer in Gothenburg

Here, we celebrate midsommers eve and midsommers day. What is this, you may ask. This is a festival that the brits are probably losing for whatever reason, but here in Sweden, it is celebrated with everyone, the young and the old. This is like Christmas. A big event.
The swedes celebrate the longest summer day by preparing the maypole with flowers. People come along with the families and friends and with a picnic.
The girls were flowery headbands. Some boys wear this too. You can tell everyone is there to have fun!
Once the maypole is ready the small boys get together and pull the maypole up. It makes them feel so strong. I know jai did!
Then the music started. This was great. Everyone got together and sang songs and danced. I still have no idea what they were singing, but I had so much fun singing and dancing. I was so glad I was there for this event. However, I was sad to leave early as I would have loved to see more. So next is year I will definitely stay for this.
coming to the UK and waiting for Amar, he kids and I had a great time singing the songs and dancing- yes at Gatwick! We played tag. We were excited to see everyone again.
