This week......

Was all about work work and ready for a break.....had a good weekend... Just relaxed. I gave been so chilled since the spa, I have now discovered that relaxation are not for me!!! It Madame lazy.... Did no work outs!!! Sorry nikki..
I am flying back to see family and wedding... Just packing seems so stressful... Need a holiday to chill.
Be good to see the kids... Miss them... Omg on my way to the airport, but it's raining. How??? The weather here is awesome. Perfect spring.

Spa day

From a couple of busy weeks, to a lovely weekend. I spent the Friday evening with my good friends ... Fish and chips, the greasy way and then a pub quiz... Which did not last long as the questions were to hard. Playing charades and crying with laughter... Perfect medicine!
To top it all had a nice spa day with such beautiful weather. Nice spending the day being pampered.
It was amazing to see how many different age groups there were. And couples.. Swedes do enjoy being pampered and also know how to look after themselves.

An end to another week.

Good week lots of meetings at work not much exercising though. Need to day 3 on day 5!!!! Gosh I am a slacker.... Kids keeping me busy! Was I just as bad when I was growing up. No, I was an angel! Talking of Angels, angel how are you??? What are you up to? Miss you and Jo... Miss our going out.... Get online woman!!!

Are we in March now?

Hi all what a busy month this has been! After a spectacular trip to Norway we then went back to normal school - work situation. What have we done since? Kids have finished ice skating school. Kids are also in a drama singing dancing thing... And swimming too. They are busy, I have started Zumba with Clare which is awesome... And what else.... Not much!! For February, I have just tried skiing and new things for march??? I will wait and say something then...
Went to a club with Daniel g and Clare.... It was a great night xxx since I moved to Sweden it was the first time I went out and it was good. I am driving a lot more and also exercising. It's not fair, the older you get the more you have to exercise! I thought life would be easy! Promise I will keep you posted...
